Sports Medicine Concentration, M.S.
Together, the Applied Neuromechanics (research track) and Sports Medicine (clinical track) areas offer a collaborative environment that prepares students as practitioners, researchers, and educators who work together to reduce injury risk, return individuals to normal function following injury or disease, and improve the health and performance for physically active individuals of all ages.
The M.S. Program in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Medicine is primarily intended for certified athletic trainers and other clinicians who wish to gain an advanced knowledge base in the areas of athletic training, sports medicine, biomechanics, or motor behavior.
